Internet Bandwidth

  • 100 Mbps—The recommended speed for multiple-user households.

Internet for All Hotline

When families call the Internet for All hotline at 972-925-6000, a representative from their school district will contact them within seven days to arrange the best internet access solution available.

Lifeline program

Lifeline is a federal program that lowers the monthly cost of phone and internet. Eligible customers will get up to $9.25 toward their bill. You can only use Lifeline for either phone or internet, but not both. See if you qualify.

Proof of eligibility

Providers large and small offer discounted programs. Eligibility requirements usually include participation in programs such as the National School Lunch Program, Housing Assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, SSI and sometimes veterans.
